Relaxed Ashfield House Wedding
I love working at a venue I’ve never been to before, so I jumped at the chance to photograph Tori & Wayne’s Ashfield House Wedding. The morning started at Ashfield House which is a stunning venue, with lovely grounds and a grand staircase leading to a room dedicated for bridal preparations. It was a very relaxed morning, Tori and her bridesmaid’s showing no nerves at all and the bridal room was a joy to photograph in, with lots of space and huge windows letting in some lovely light. Tori and Wayne had their Wedding ceremony in a local village church not far from Ashfield House and I managed to get there just in time to catch Wayne and his Groomsmen waiting patiently for Tori’s arrival. After the ceremony we headed back to Ashfield House and took full advantage of the grounds capturing natural images of Tori & Wayne, nothing posed or orchestrated. Then on to some fantastic speeches just the right amount of humour and emotion with plenty of laughs and a few tears.
Piñata’s & An Award Winning DJ
On to the evening and what an evening it was. To start, instead of a traditional cutting of the cake, Tori & Wayne decided to have his and hers piñata’s blindfolded and they really went for it. Then on to the dancing, and they don’t get much better at getting the dance floor going than award winning DJ Andy Murphy, I’ve worked with Andy before and knew Tori Wayne and their guests were in for a great night, it certainly didn’t disappoint. Here are a few of my favourite images from my time as an Ashfield House Wedding Photographer.
